Firstly thank you for making a purchase from our store. We want you to know that your satisfaction is highly important to us and not taken lightly. We work hard to serve you in the best possible way we can. That said there are a few things that you should be aware of.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However if an item is damaged or has a defect contact us for a full refund or replacement.
Due to COVID-19 orders can be delayed in shipping from overseas, therefore it is not reasonable to ask for a refund due to delayed shipping, at least 5 weeks need to pass or the tracking information needs to have a fault before we will consider a refund. Asking for a refund due to a shipping delay is not acceptable unless there is evidence that the order has not been shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please also be aware there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary. But we will be in contact with you once the return has been accepted and a replacement has been sent out.
