Firstly thank you for making a purchase from our store. We want you to know that your satisfaction is highly important to us and not taken lightly. We work hard to serve you in the best possible way we can. That said there are a few things that you should be aware of.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If additional information is required to assess your return (such as photos or videos), it must be provided within 5 days of our request. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in your return request being closed.
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving our return instructions. Returns shipped after this timeframe may no longer be accepted.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However if an item is damaged or has a defect contact us for a full refund or replacement.
As our products are shipped from overseas, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected. Therefore, it is not reasonable to request a refund due to shipping delays alone. We ask that at least 5 weeks have passed, or that there is a confirmed fault with the tracking information, before we consider a refund. Refunds for shipping delays will not be considered unless there is evidence that the order has not been shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary. But we will be in contact with you once the return has been accepted and a replacement has been sent out.
