1) Standard Shipping time for delivery is approximately 14-21 days. 

*Special note:  Due to Corona virus it may take 2 weeks longer then normal.  (normal is 14-21days) for your order to arrive, this means currently it could take 5 weeks in total.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed and sizing information has been received. The manufacturer and postal services process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Most of our orders are shipped from overseas with ePacket, which is a US/Hong Kong Postal service that ship to most countries. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. (21 days approximately in the current pandemic)

These orders typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive (This depends on your location within Australia, the affects of COVID-19 on Australia post and whether you have specified the exact Australian size you want)

Special note:

Most Hoodie Collections in this store are under the Standard Shipping time stated of 14-21 days + 2 weeks delay to due Covid-19 (5 weeks total approximately), unless they are in the Express Delivery section.

ASIAN SIZE CHART COMPARISON

Unless otherwise stated in the description, all our clothing articles adhere to the Asian size chart. The Asian size chart shows a significantly smaller fit, approximately 2 sizes smaller, compared to the US, UK, AU and EU Sizes. So please choose 2 sizes up for a more comfortable fit! Certain products have their own size chart in the image gallery or description.

Firstly thank you for making a purchase from our store. We want you to know that your satisfaction is highly important to us and not taken lightly. We work hard to serve you in the best possible way we can. That said there are a few things that you should be aware of.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However if an item is damaged or has a defect contact us for a full refund or replacement.

Due to COVID-19 orders can be delayed in shipping from overseas, therefore it is not reasonable to ask for a refund due to delayed shipping, at least 5 weeks need to pass or the tracking information needs to have a fault before we will consider a refund. Asking for a refund due to a shipping delay is not acceptable unless there is evidence that the order has not been shipped. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please also be aware there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
