1) Standard Shipping time for delivery is approximately 14-21 days.  

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed and sizing information has been received. The manufacturer and postal services process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. Most of our orders are shipped from overseas with ePacket (or other similar postal service) which is a US/Hong Kong Postal service that ship to most countries. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination.(Ocasionally products can take up to 4 weeks, it seems to be that corona virus is affecting supply chains due to such things as quarantine and customs requirements).

2) Faster Shipping: This refers to shipping of items FROM OUR EXPRESS SHIPPING COLLECTION, which is here..

AUSTRALIAN SIZING USED ON THIS STORE

Unless otherwise stated in the description, all our clothing articles adhere to Australian Sizing. When you receive an order it may have an Asian size tag ===> Asian sizes are typically 2 sizes smaller then Australian sizing

Therefore, when you choose an order we will send you an Australian size, so if you choose Large you will get an Australian Large (even though the tag may be an Asian XXL depending on where its made.)

Firstly thank you for making a purchase from our store. We want you to know that your satisfaction is highly important to us and not taken lightly. We work hard to serve you in the best possible way we can. That said there are a few things that you should be aware of.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However if an item is damaged or has a defect contact us for a full refund or replacement.

Due to COVID-19 orders can be delayed in shipping from overseas, therefore it is not reasonable to ask for a refund due to delayed shipping, at least 5 weeks need to pass or the tracking information needs to have a fault before we will consider a refund. Asking for a refund due to a shipping delay is not acceptable unless there is evidence that the order has not been shipped. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please also be aware there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
