Total shipping time's worldwide are approximately 14-21 days.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal services process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Most of our orders are shipped with ePacket, which is a US/Hong Kong Postal service that ship to most countries. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Faster Shipping: This refers to shipping from within Australia that typically takes 2-7 business days ( This depends on your location within Australia and the affects of COVID-19 on Australia post ).

ASIAN SIZE CHART COMPARISON

Unless otherwise stated in the description, all our clothing articles adhere to the Asian size chart. The Asian size chart shows a significantly smaller fit, approximately 2 sizes smaller, compared to the US, UK, AU and EU Sizes. So please choose 2 sizes up for a more comfortable fit! Certain products have their own size chart in the image gallery or description.

Firstly thank you for making a purchase from our store. We want you to know that your satisfaction is highly important to us and not taken lightly. We work hard to serve you in the best possible way we can. That said there are a few things that you should be aware of.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However if an item is damaged or has a defect contact us for a full refund or replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please also be aware there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary. But we will be in contact with you once the return has been accepted and a replacement has been sent out.
